Your privacy is important. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Texas, I am committed to keeping our sessions confidential. This means that what you share in counseling is protected and will not be disclosed without your written consent—except in situations where disclosure is required by law, such as:

• If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

• Suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of a vulnerable adult

• Court orders or subpoenas

If you have questions about confidentiality or how your information is handled, we can discuss it before or during your sessions.
